The Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC) engaged Event Advocates Australia to provide specialist signage and event presentation management services and was engaged due to Jay Arrowsmith’s extensive event facility design and delivery management experience on many major events including the Melbourne Cup Carnival, AFL Grand Final and previous Formula 1 Grands Prix.
Event Advocates developed a structured and systematic approach to the ordering, design, production and installation of over 4,000 pieces of signage for the event and also brought previous experience, and a structured approach, to the design and implementation of the event presentation for the entire venue. The involvement of Event Advocates also produced a legacy of improved documentation and processes for signage and event presentation.
